'Real estate crowdfunding' refers to the model of collective financing of real estate projects through a digital platform.

Rynoviq is an informational platform that provides data on real estate crowdfunding opportunities in Croatia. The Platform enables users to access information about construction projects, urban development and collective investment models. Please note that this website serves informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer or invitation to invest within the meaning of applicable capital market regulations.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of Croatia. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
